How to Use Our Cannabis Delivery Service
Soulmate’s Brooklyn cannabis delivery service brings the same attentiveness and convenience you’d expect in the dispensary right to your door. Follow these steps for a quick and easy online shopping and delivery experience.
1. Browse & Build Your Order
Explore our extensive online menu to browse products by category or effect, or use the search feature to find your favorite flower strains, pre-rolls, edibles, or concentrates. Add your selected items to your cart, then head to checkout to place your order.
2. Verify Your ID
Follow our simple checkout process to complete your order. After selecting delivery, you’ll be prompted to upload a valid government-issued ID to confirm you’re at least 21. This quick and secure process ensures your seamless delivery.
3. Pay Securely with DutchiePay
We accept DutchiePay to allow you to pay by bank to process your order. Follow the prompts to pay directly from your bank, quickly and easily, without the need for cards or cash.
4. Sit Back & Relax
Once your order is placed, the rest is up to us. You’ll get real-time updates to let you know your order is processed and we’re on the way. You’ll be alerted when your driver arrives, so you can accept your order.
